Support for non-UI BirdNet Go languages

Currently, only the UI languages supported in BirdNET-Go can be chosen to show the species labels in fugleramme. However, BirdNET-Go already supports a wider range of languages (BirdNET-Go -> Settings -> Analysis -> Bird Detection -> Species Language).

As a proof-of-concept, the AI I used added an option to choose the BirdNet-Go's configured language. The info is fetched via the GET /api/v2/species/all endpoint.

Would such a feature be interesting/useful? I can try contibute a PR, if needed.

1. Feel free to open a PR (I don't care if you use AI to help you code)
2. Which languages will be added?
3. I'm kinda ashamed of not having spotted this myself when originally implementing multi-language support. 🙈
