Added

  • Live preview slider in the Appearance tab — scrub a hypothetical HP% to preview which image resolves and which threshold is active, defaulting to the token's current HP%.
  • Broken-image feedback — thumbnails flag failed image loads with a red border instead of staying silently blank.
  • Collapsible config fieldset (native <details>), expanded by default.
  • New Advanced… window: status-effect overrides (map a status condition to an image, checked before HP thresholds) and per-threshold random/weighted image pools for visual variety across repeated tokens.

Existing configs keep working unmigrated.
