Summary

  • Restructures the desktop application menu into clearer product areas for chat, agents, projects, connections, and tools, and updates menu actions to match the new organization.
  • Adds reliability UX across chat: provider refresh actions, diagnostics entry points, stuck-turn hints, and a dedicated diagnostics dialog for connection, provider, and thread state.
  • Refines chat rendering and timeline spacing, including smaller text rhythm, clearer thinking summaries, and preserved fallback link text inside markdown lists.
  • Bumps app versions to 0.2.1 and wires server/runtime changes needed for provider session directory reuse.

Testing

  • apps/desktop/src/applicationMenu.test.ts updated to verify the new menu structure and action wiring.
  • apps/web/src/components/ChatMarkdown.test.tsx updated to verify fallback link text remains visible in list items.
  • apps/web/src/components/chat/MessagesTimeline.test.tsx updated to verify the new thinking summary copy.
  • Not run: bun fmt
  • Not run: bun lint
  • Not run: bun typecheck
  • Not run: bun run test

- Update desktop, marketing, mobile, relay, server, and web package versions
- Prepare the monorepo for the 0.2.1 release
