Failure in build for docs

Docs fail to build with warnings as errors set to ON (doxygen 1.18.5):

I think this is a known issue with older doxygen 1.18.x versions. You can either download latest version of doxygen or disable building of docs. I don't think we can do anything to circumvent this issue.

@umar456 this is an issue only with doxygen 1.8.7, fixed in 1.8.8 - I am using the latest available 1.8.15.

I was able to reproduce this on Arch linux, will send in a fix soon. @kgizdov Thanks for reporting it. @umar456 is correct, there is nothing to fix in the code as there are no multiple definitions of that particular label doxygen is complaining about.

To confirm that issue is with 1.8.15, I have downgraded doxygen to 1.8.14 and the documentation built as expected.
