- Remove packages/admin (React admin panel - replaced by admin section in website)
- Remove .workflows/dev/packages/admin and .workflows/build/packages/admin Dockerfiles
- Remove admin service from dev and build compose files
- Remove admin from publish-packages.yml GitHub Action
- Update pr-build-check.yml: just build → just build ci
- Add justfile build dispatcher: just build ci / images / start
- build ci: CI gate (lint + typecheck + unit tests + build)
- build images: CI gate + build api/website/worker images (mirrors publish Action)
- build start: stop dev env, start production images against local infra
- Add .workflows/build/compose.start.yml for production smoke testing
- Fix relative metadata import in getStreamForAgentMessage.ts
