Added Death link and Death Link Amnesty to game options
Made option groups for website generation.
How was this tested?
Generating the .archipelago has both DeathLink and DeathAmnesty as an option
If this makes graphical changes, please attach screenshots.
(I would provide one but idk how to run the website locally and its 2am)
