Rewrite README with positioning, status, feature matrix, requirements,
example-app and provider instructions, known limitations, and roadmap.
Fix the install URL (artemcolt -> artembobkin).

Add CONTRIBUTING, CHANGELOG, CODE_OF_CONDUCT, SECURITY, SUPPORT, and an
.editorconfig; GitHub Actions CI (swift build + swift test); issue and PR
templates; and public docs under Documentation/docs.

Anchor the private /Docs/ gitignore rule to the repo root so it no longer
matches the tracked documentation folder.
