Background roasting +PID

Hello, ill add a quick screenshot of what im running into! im sure its something silly and 9 times out of 10 AI helps me through it but not this time. I upload a background roast, and turn PID on to replicate the roast. I have the version 3.4.0. my roaster is a kaleido m10 with a usb connection. i notice im lagging, no environmental factors have changed, same batch of beans and same batch size. Beans are kept in a cool dark and dry location sealed away from the air. The turning point is lower, the bean temp is lower, the whole roast is minutes behind it seems. any help would be much appreciated. Also i checked and made sure the burners are working and all 3 are.

This could assist me. I'm just another Kaleido roaster not Artisan crew. Have also been reading AI on auto roasting and one critical factor that is mentioned is the charge temperature. Although you say you have setup as in the model roast, your roast charge temp is almost 11C lower than the background (model). Also, can you clarify if using SV manual mode using playback events or SV background mode -- playback events on or off?
