Artisan program does not work properly with santoker R300

Hello,
I have a Santoker R300 coffee roaster and I am trying to connect it to Artisan.
The roaster connects successfully to my computer via Bluetooth, and the Santoker mobile app connects to the roaster normally via Bluetooth.
In Artisan, the connection is established and BT (Bean Temperature) is received correctly, but ET (Environmental Temperature) remains at 0°C.
I have tried both Bluetooth and USB connections, but the ET reading remains zero.
Could you please advise me which exact Artisan machine/device configuration should be used for the Santoker R300, and whether the R300 requires a specific BLE setting, protocol, or firmware version for ET to be received?
I can provide screenshots of my Artisan configuration and the Santoker R300 settings if needed.

The fact that you get the BT coming thru means the typical connection issues are not in play, and it's specifics of the data that's in question.
https://github.com/artisan-roaster-scope/artisan/tree/master/src/includes/Machines/Santoker shows the different model options, and https://github.com/artisan-roaster-scope/artisan/blob/e741c28ccf2e13d24b8d27592e4bb38b459379b3/src/artisanlib/devices.py is likely where that is used. How that impacts you, I am not sure, but at least here's the places you can look if you're inclined.
Have you approached santoker to ask whether there are any differences in your roaster to older roasters that would have been around when the Santoker R series were setup in Artisan? The last commit to the Santoker ASET files is ~2 years ago so perhaps this is a hardware change they haven't disclosed/announced...

How exactly did you configure artisan? Which machine setup did you run?

If it is the "Santoker R Series Bluetooth" which gave you the ET but not the BT over BLE, could you please:

1. put your artisan into debug log (click on the plus icon in left upper corner of the main artisan window while holding both the OPTION and COMMAND on macOS, or the CTRL and ALT keys on Windows)
2. tick the Logging flag in the Devices dialog (menu Config >> Devices). Note you need to be in Expert mode for this (menu Config >> Mode).
3. connect and start artisan with ON and wait a minute or those then turn it OFF
4. send me your artisan log file by a click on the plus icon while holding the OPTION key on macOS, or the ALT key on Windows.

That log file should contain all the data that the device sends via BLE and I could check if I can find the BT information among those responses that you are missing.
