Santoker RX5 incorrect BT/ET readings

Very interesting platform with knowledgeable people, I already learned a lot on Artisan. I am starting to use Artisan since purchasing a Santoker RX5 (coming from a Bullet R1V2 with Roasttime) but run into issues with the BT/ET readings.

I am able to connect the machine to Artisan and control the roaster (burner, fan, start/stop, etc.). However, ET/BT readings are flicking up and down between fixed values (ET between 1120 and 940 °C, BT between 940 and 400 °C).

Roaster: Santoker RX5 (Artisan: Santoker R Master Series Bluetooth)
Artisan versions tested: 4.2.0; 4.2.1
OS: Windows

ET/BT readings are correct on the roaster and on the Santoker app, so it seems that something is going wrong in the connection between the Santoker RX5 roaster and Artisan.

Any ideas on how I could get stable, accurate readings in Artisan with this or a similar Santoker roaster?
