Lebrew RoastSee NEXT: start measuring on CHARGE and stop on DROP

Setup

• Artisan 4.2.0 (9334ed7) on Windows
• Lebrew RoastSee NEXT connected over Bluetooth as extra devices (Agtron/Crack, RoR/FoR, Distance/Time, Yellow)
• 5 kg PLC roaster over MODBUS, with auto-CHARGE and auto-DROP enabled

What I would like

An option for Artisan to start the RoastSee NEXT measurement at CHARGE and stop it at DROP.

Why

At CHARGE I have to charge the beans and press the record button on the RoastSee at the same moment. At DROP I have to drop the beans and stop the RoastSee at the same moment. Both are busy moments at the roaster, and the timing of the RoastSee recording ends up depending on how fast my hands are.

What happens today

As far as I can tell from lebrew.py, Artisan sends roasting + start only when the device connects (ON), and stop only when the device is stopped (OFF). There is no way to trigger these from CHARGE, DROP, an event button or an alarm.

Possible ways to do it

• A checkbox in the device setup: "Start on CHARGE / stop on DROP" for the RoastSee NEXT, or
• Artisan Commands for start and stop of the RoastSee, so they can be attached to the CHARGE and DROP button actions or to alarms.

Either would work for me. Happy to test a continuous build and report back.
