The custom implementations allow to ignore the timestamp field which always differs after refresh of Materialized View.
This ensures a more consistent conversion between the individual representations of an object. In case of doubt, the maximum number of sub-resources could be limited with a constraint on the column in the database.

Summary
This PR merges the complete v2.0 rework into main with all introduced features from dev, including the updated repository folder structure with the data proxy repository.
