This middleware prevents navigation to subpages when maintenance mode is active by always redirecting to homepage.

Very nice. It's very handy to have a maintenance mode instead of just having to take the website down when the backend is not available for maintenance 👍 |

This introduces a maintenance mode feature to the web application. When Maintenance Mode is active, all regular functionality is disabled, and users are always redirected to a dedicated maintenance page informing them that the application is temporarily unavailable. Administrators can easily enable or disable the mode through the runtime configuration parameter
maintenanceMode: <boolean>. This feature ensures that updates, repairs, or other maintenance activities can be performed without users accessing or interfering with the site.
