UI/Code Improvements

This update has UI improvements. If you got Stand from the app store, go to the App Store to easily update (or press "App Store" in-app).

• New keyboard shortcuts to control Stand from the Main window:
  • _: Play/Pause
  • R: Reset
  • ⏎: Switch Interval
