Introduces a general-purpose KycStatusChanged event that fires whenever
a KYC record's status changes, carrying the user, reference, previous
status, new status, and the full verification response. This fires
before the specific VerificationCompleted/VerificationFailed events,
enabling listeners to react to any status transition (e.g. admin
notifications for review.pending).
