Remove platform classpath functionality #396
Description
Platform classpath has mostly been replaced with system modules, so behaviour relating to this mechanism can be marked as deprecated for removal, and removed entirely on the v1 branch.
We can also remove functionality for modifying tbe system modules directly, as this is something we probably will never want to do by default.
Worth investigating if the upgrade and patch paths can be utilised at all, and remove them if not applicable.
