`<LanguageSwitcher />` component for Thunder

Current Limitation

Currently, the SDK doesn't provide a way to switch the language with a component.

Suggested Improvement

Introduce a <LanguageSwitcher /> component that can be:

• Used as it is
• Used with render props approach
