Add an option to Ash.load to respect action-defined loads
#1858
In version 3.4.65, the introduction of the "ignore action-defined loads when using Ash.load" caused a breaking change. I attempted to explicitly add loads to my application to accommodate this change, but it's difficult to search and modify every instance of Ash.load throughout the entire application. Additionally, there may be some places where the change isn't detected during tests, which is concerning, especially since we have already completed QA for all the screens and it would be difficult to redo everything.
What I would like to propose is adding an option, e.g. use_read_actions_load?, to Ash.load or config. This would allow developers to opt in and use the loads defined in the read actions.
