Installtion Guide:
1 Requires Java 17 and MysQL
2. Create a database name 'estimaai' in the MySQL server
3. Configure db connection on Application.yml file and Connect the databse with the EstimaAI application.
4. Need ML service ip and port to process stories. So, first of all you have to install and run ML part and then use it as a feign service.
