Install

/plugin marketplace add ashikshafi08/claude-spec-plugin

/spec:init <what you want to build>

Interview — Claude asks deep questions about your feature
Generate — Creates comprehensive SPEC.md with diagrams, file paths, test commands
Execute — Optionally continues to implementation
