Installs the Apportable command line tools, or updates it if it's already there.
It is designed to be run as a shell script on the command line with the $LICENSE environment variable set.
If you curl https://install.apportable.com/YOUR_LICENSE you'll get this script (downloaded from GitHub) with the $LICENSE string replaced with your license key.
