A tool in java to visualize the network between genes with the correlation coefficient between them.
To execute please install qt4 on your system (ubuntu user can add qt4 by running command sudo apt-get install libqt4-dev) on the terminal type qmake-qt4 to create the binary. Choose expression_analysis binary and execute to display a GUI. Choose the required fields to draw the network between genes and transcription factors.
