feat(core): add region selection affordances

Summary

• add opt-in region selection affordances with persisted selected state and anchored prompt submit hooks
• add square capture as a constrained region shape
• update the website demo so region, square, circle, and lasso selections stay visible and can be questioned inline
• document the new capture options and styling hooks

Validation

• npm test -w @askable-ui/core -- capture.test.ts
• npm run build
• npm run build:versioned --prefix site/docs
• git diff --check
• browser interaction check against http://localhost:4186 for region, square, circle, lasso, inline prompt, and hidden Ask AI text
