• Add config file
• Change README-ja.md and README.md to add description of new option 'file_type' in the configuration section
• Update LiveSetupCommand class to publish config file when running setup command
• Update SetupCommandTest class for testing if publishing is successful or not
• Remove old files from testbench before each test case runs (to avoid error)
