Loki Mode v7.27.0

Added

• loki verify [base-ref]: standalone deterministic verification of any branch or PR diff.
  Runs build, tests, and static analysis scoped to changed files; diff-scoped secret scan;
  dependency audit. Exit codes: 0 VERIFIED / 1 CONCERNS / 2 BLOCKED for CI gating.
  Machine-readable evidence written to .loki/verify/evidence.json and report.md.
  Inconclusive evidence is never reported VERIFIED. Empty diffs yield CONCERNS. Bare
  root-level test files are detected so discoverable tests are never silently skipped.
  No LLM review in this MVP (stated in help text). Tests: 11/11.
• loki trust-metrics: aggregates evidence-gate block rate, per-gate failure distribution
  (median and p90), council rejection/split rate, and cost-per-verified-task from a new
  durable append-only .loki/metrics/trust-events.jsonl. Honesty rule: un-instrumented
  projects report available: false, never fabricated zeros. Tests: 12/12;
  evidence-gate regression suite: 33/33.
• Provider honesty labels. Claude Code is labeled Tier 1 E2E-verified primary. Codex,
  Cline, and Aider are labeled Experimental. Codex harness fixed: --skip-git-repo-check
  added at all invocation sites (previously hard-failed on fresh non-git directories).
  Documented CLI flags corrected (cline -y).
• Live App Preview iframe reloads when the app's healthcheck flips to serving. Previously
  an iframe loaded during the app boot window stayed blank for the entire session.

Changed

• Presentation deck rebranded to Autonomi (Autonomi's Loki Mode; roles/domains framing;
  provider tiering; Autonomi Cloud coming-soon notice); GIF regenerated.
• Runtime section updated: the v8-Bun-only promise openly superseded by the
  stable-engine decision (bash engine frozen as stable core; new surfaces are
  TypeScript-first wrappers).
