Description

• Add docs/plans/2026-04-20-07-33-UTC-hermes-agent-integration-research.md which records background, goals, a phased implementation plan (code baseline, interface mapping, and recommendations), and acceptance criteria covering plugin packaging/registration, protocol integration, tool invocation, configuration management, authentication and audit.
