What changed?
Create a page named "Plugins" on the site before or after activating the plugin. The plugin should automatically flush the permalink rules after adding it own upon installtion, if the plugin seems to not detect the plugin page links cycle the permalinks by saving once.
Why did it change?
Scaffold the plugin along with the basic architecture
