Description
Re-review the code at https://github.com/aspnet/Logging/tree/dev/src/Microsoft.Extensions.Logging.EventSource and get it ready for shipping.
Need to ensure that it:
- Meets all coding guidelines
- Has appropriate tests
- Follows the common pattern for loggers
