When clicking on Manage User Secrets in the context menu I got a NuGet package installed. Right after that I get the mentioned message. In the Output windows I have some error message with the Install.ps1 script. "The term 'New-Guid' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable program. Check the sp elling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again. At C:\tempprojects\MyTamag ochi\packages\Microsoft.Configuration.ConfigurationBuilders.UserSecrets.1.0.2\tools\Net471\Install.ps1:9 char:16 + $userSecretsId=New-Guid"
