Missing scheme error should enumerate available schemes #1502
Description
It's pretty common for users to mismatch their schemes and get errors like:
InvalidOperationException: No IAuthenticationSignInHandler is configured to handle sign in for the scheme: Cookies

We could help guide them in the right direction by enumerating the registered (compatible?) schemes. e.g.
, registered schemes: Cookie1; Cookie2;...
