• Explicit tool_choice=none - Now explicitly sends tool_choice="none" in payload for final response generation
  • Previously, tool_choice was only set when tools were present, so it was never sent with empty tools list
  • Ensures backend receives explicit signal not to attempt tool calls during final synthesis
