What it does: 12 questions about a supplier you're evaluating — license behavior, name-matching, payment patterns, pressure tactics — scored live against the VERIFY system.

The part that matters: three of the twelve are dealbreakers (license/invoice/account name mismatch · personal bank account · 100% upfront demand). Fail any one and a red banner overrides the total score — because a friendly supplier who answers 10 questions warmly and asks for your deposit via personal account is exactly how six-figure losses start.

Sample scoring logic:

• All clean answers → 100, green
• Warm but payment-terms fail → score drops, red banner lists the dealbreaker
• "Another buyer wants your production slot" urgency → subtracts 15 on its own
