React + Vite

This template provides a minimal setup to get React working in Vite with HMR and some ESLint rules.

Currently, two official plugins are available:

• @vitejs/plugin-react uses Babel for Fast Refresh
• @vitejs/plugin-react-swc uses SWC for Fast Refresh

Clone repository on Azure Devops platform

Establish a connection between ACR and Azure DevOps build CI pipelines .

For a VM using terraform

refer to another repo from my profile named terrform clone it and by doing so create a VM ,download Azure pipelines on that VM establish a connection between VM and azure DevOPs platform.
