I am not convinced that variations of the HTML format which are different only by inline styles should be in the library. Looks like a user-specific use case. I would suggest to maintain this custo TableFormat separately. |

I've added a new "grid_html" format which is the same as "html" but with additional css styles.
I've added tests and all passed
BTW, in the process of this I've changed the "left" alignment to be from empty string to the "style="text-align: left;" .
