Add co-working time after each lesson

Add prompts for co-working time at the end of each section.

After the intro slides, ask participants to introduce themselves to their neighbors and share their fears and goals for the workshop

After material, provide options:

• start the activity in the workshop notebook
• check out other relevant tutorials (provide links)
• browse the documentation etc.

I think this will give folks time to process, take notes, get coffee, use the restroom. Basically refresh their brain before new topic.
