Share data across computers

Is there a way to share the data across multiple computers? Like... save the data in a Onedrive directory, so I can open the same files in home and office, for exemple?

By clicking the icon at the top left of the window and choosing "Open data directory" under the "Tools" submenu, you can open the folder where all data is stored.

On Linux this directory is usually found in ~/.config, or XDG_CONFIG_HOME. On Windows, it's usually in %appdata%, which is <your username>\AppData\Roaming. I have no idea about macOS, but the menu option should take you there.

This folder is kind of a soup with Electron/Chrome and local browser data, so don't sync this folder directly. The darkwrite-data folder is the one that contains all of your notes and settings. By syncing this folder with any service, you should be able to have access to them anywhere. (I was syncing my dual boot by keeping everything on the Windows drive and pointing the Linux version to use that folder with the DARKWRITE_ROOT_OVERRIDE environment variable, which I added for this purpose in the first place)

In order to avoid conflicts in the database file, make sure to perform a sync before you make any edits. Other than that it should work fine.
