• /theme plugin (upstream mpfaffenberger#385): interactive split-panel theme picker with 11 curated themes plus Surprise Me / Restore Defaults. Themes persist across restarts; terminal palette auto-resets on exit.

Fixes

• Kennel disabled-tool suppression: when puppy_kennel is toggled off, its memory tools are now hidden from the agent's tool surface (previously they bounced with DISABLED_TOOL_ERROR), and the live agent reloads immediately on enable/disable.
