This repository contains a sample of the Medical Image Spatial Grounding (MIS-Ground) dataset.
To generate the entire dataset, you may download the following datasets:
- OAI images to
mis-ground/oai - TotalSegmentator images and segmentation masks to
mis-ground/ts
then run pregen.py.
