adding wait-for-linux-start bootsector

• when storing acsi / scsi config, store it also in hans (like sd card id now), so we would have id for ce_dd - in handleAcsiConfig(), where we have all the enabledIds

• when hans starts and host (rpi) is not up, when reading ce_dd id bootsector, return custom bootsector (stored in hans)

• custom bootsector sends command to hans only, retrieves host-is-up flag

• host not up? try again in one second

• host is up? do a reset of ST and then will boot cedd
