This app allows the user to view, create and track daily workouts. It able to log multiple exercises in a workout on a given day. The user is given the option to create a new workout, or continue with their last workout.

When the deployed page loads, begin by clicking 'New Workout' to add new exercises to a new workout plan.

Click 'Add exercise' to add one more new exercise for that workout. You may create as many exercises you wish in one workout.

Click 'Complete' when done adding.

Click 'Continue Workout' to continue with your last workout and add exercises to your previous workout plan.

Click 'Dashboard' if you want to view the combined weight of multiple exercises with charts.
