Fixed

• Background sync no longer moves the Anki window backward in the Z-order (#4). The post-sync restore called mw.lower(), which dropped the main window to the very bottom of the stack so it ended up behind windows that had been below it. Anki now keeps its existing Z-order — it is neither raised to the foreground nor pushed farther back.
• Window restore now only re-minimizes / re-hides if the sync actually changed that, and returns focus to another Anki window only when it was really stolen.

Changed

• Blocking on the selected dialogs is now unconditional: auto-sync waits until those windows close instead of resuming after the grace timeout, which could start a full sync mid-browsing and stall the UI on low-memory systems.

Installed

Download Background_Auto_Sync_v5.0.3_*.ankiaddon below and open it with Anki (Tools → Add-ons → Install from file), or drag it into the Anki window.
