Combine build workers, clone updates, frontend rename, and API changes

This commit brings together several updates across the project:

1. Build Worker

   • Updated how backend and frontend builds are handled.
   • Added backend build logic.
   • Removed the old project-type detector since routing is now explicit.

2. Frontend Build Worker

   • Renamed the old builder-image folder to builder-image-frontend.
   • All frontend build functionality is preserved.

3. Clone Worker

   • Updated Git handling and type files to work with the new build flow.
   • Ensures clone metadata works correctly with the build worker.

4. API Gateway & Services

   • Added new APIs for deployment, projects handling.
   • Updated backend, extractor, and routing services to match these new APIs.
   • Removed the old submission service which is no longer used.

This combines multiple changes into one commit for easier review while keeping all updates intact.
