The readme file contains information about contributing in two sections. The commit merges both sections to one.

I was a bit confused that there are two sections about contributing in the readme. I think they could be merged. I removed the upper one and merged it to the lower one. Most of the time the people first want to have installation and usage information and later the contribution info.
