Markdown preview should replace pane (not whole window)

Markdown preview is hella baller. Can we make it even ballerer? Mayhaps. Here's my desired workflow for Great Justice Markdown Editing:

1. Open Markdown file.
2. Split pane to the right.
3. Switch to Markdown preview on right pane.
4. Edit in left pane and hit save.
5. Have Markdown preview in right pane auto-detect and re-render.

This is only possible if the Markdown preview only replaces the pane of the Markdown file, and not the entire window (as is current behavior). This is how I'd expect it to work anyhow, even outside of a split-pane workflow.

This is actually working on master since #400. It was a major undertaking to make the pane system generic to any kind of view, but now it works thanks to #293. We will ship another binary next week... just got distracted with getting Node into Atom.

It doesn't auto-refresh on save though. You have to hit ctrl-m again to refetch the markup.

Just a heads up, update on save may cause us to hit the 60 requests per hour rate limit for unauthenticated API requests.

As an aside, I'm 👍 on not replacing the whole window for a different reason entirely.. I reflexively hit cmd-w to close the markdown preview and kill the editor instead of the preview ALL THE TIME.

Markdown preview now splits to the right and auto updates on save, closing this out.
