Certain regex replaces don't work

In Sublime Text and Text Wrangler it is possible to do regex find and replace such as this

Find : ^\d{2}$\n
Replace:

to find lines that are two digits only and delete them. In Atom, it can match the lines but cannot do the replace. When clicking on 'Replace All' the text remains unchanged.

Version 0.75.0, Platform:

I'm having trouble reproducing using the same, text, an untitled editor, and the same regex, for me on the latest release it leaves just a single line of don't delete after clicking the Replace All button

I can reproduce this behaviour in 0.115.0

Removing the \n allows the replace to work but leaves the newlines, in case that helps.

(I have also tried replacing \n with [\n\c\r] in case the EOL character was something unexpected, but the same thing occurs.)

I was able to find and replace newlines using \r. I'm on a mac - not sure if the \r would be something different on windows.

I can't replace the following:

ABC, (foo)
DEF, (bar)

Find: (?![A-Z]), (?=\()
Replace: ---

The matches are highlighted correctly, but pressing "Replace" just moves on to the next match without any change. "Replace All" doesn't work either.

Any news on this? I'm experiencing this on Mac OS X's Atom v1.11.2.

I'll chime in with my observation:

Find: foo.*(?=bar)
Replace: foobar

while it correctly marks the matching text in the editor window, clicking "Replace" or "Replace All" does nothing.

This is version 1.1.0 on Xubuntu 14.04

Update: It works if I click "Find" first and then "Replace" or "Replace All"

I am still experiencing this on Mac Atom v1.15.0 x64
This will be replaced: \bMy Word\b
This finds but does not replace: \bMy Word[^\"\<]\b
