Red highlighting should not appear in commit body

Because the body is auto-hard-wrapped upon committing, it's not a problem to create a long line. That's why we show the infinity symbol on lines in the commit body instead of a decrementing counter. So we should only do the red highlighting for the first line of the message.

This was discussed in atom/language-git#28 (comment) and was decided that we should still adhere to the Seven Rules. @thomasjo

Yeah, I think that's definitely the wrong decision for text that's going to be automatically hard-wrapped. Why would we warn the user if we're just going to fix the issue for them. Maybe the situation is different when editing commits in a normal editor but in this context the red warning is particularly bad since the editor isn't even 80 characters wide at reasonable font sizes.
