I just enabled Travis on master since you are adding the first specs in this PR.

Mind rebasing so that your branch builds and goes green?

We usually try to put the scopeName at the very top so you see it immediately when opening these files.

Unfortunately our converter doesn't do that automatically so you may see some grammars that have it in random places if they've never been manually updated since conversion.
