[Feature]: Other baudrates (1200 specifically)

Problem to solve

My device communicates over noisy radio link, I've set the baud rate down to the usable minimum of 1200 Bd. Unfortunately only 9600 Bd and bigger are supported here.

Proposed solution

add 300 - 4800 Bd
