Set disableviewtransitions in localstorage for e2e tests #1032
Description
Currently every end to end test disables view transitions by going to the settings menu and enabling the checkbox. We can configure the tests to already have this setting enabled in localstorage. This could save time when running a lot of tests at the same time.
