Rebrand repo to atomic-server #630
Description
atomic-data-rust started as a library + cli, but later also contained a server. Right now, the server is the main reason why people are interested in this repo. I think it's time to rename the repo to atomic-server, which should help people find it and understand its main purpose.
- Change logo
- Change name
- Move readme to parent
